A fresh new take on an old favorite. A slab of smooth chocolate is mixed with nuts, spices, dried fruits or herbs and broken into uneven pieces.
Dark Chocolate & Pistachio Bark with Malden Salt
Deep, dark chocolate is studded with freshly roasted pistachio nuts with pieces of crisp wafer added for crunch -- plus a sprinkling of delicate Malden sea salt crystals.
BARK leaves our kitchens in broken pieces which may break into smaller pieces during transit. This is not considered a defect and no adjustments will be made for this occurrence.
A thin layer of the finest white chocolate is mixed with toasted fennel seeds and accented with dried figs, adding a delicate, unexpected crunch.
